Refund Policy
At Soline, your satisfaction is our priority. If upon receiving your product you find a manufacturing defect or are simply not satisfied with the purchase, you may request an exchange or return according to the conditions detailed below.
Deadlines
Product Dissatisfaction: up to 7 calendar days from receipt. Manufacturing Defect: up to 30 calendar days from receipt. For visible damage (broken glass, missing pieces, scratches, etc.), the customer must notify us within a maximum of 24 hours after delivery, sending photos or a video of the product and its packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered a result of misuse.
Return Conditions
The product must show no signs of use and must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included.
Returns will not be accepted if the item was altered or modified (for example, removing links from a bracelet).
Once the product is received and the quality analysis is approved, the customer may choose to:
Exchange it for another product available in stock. Receive a refund of the product value.
The shipping cost is non-refundable if the delivered product corresponds to the order and is in good condition.
Warranty
All products come with a 30-day warranty starting from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video up to 1 minute long or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.
Important: The warranty does not cover
Aesthetic damage after purchase (broken screen, scratches, impacts). Damage caused by liquids or moisture. Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications. Improper use of accessories. Natural wear and tear from use (scratches, oxidation, loss of shine, battery reduction, etc.). Non-recommended resistance tests (impacts, exposure to water or excessive pressure).
